Tomoko Yoneda http://www.tomokoyoneda.com/
Yoneda talks about how she manages to bring the events that happen in front of her to actually happen because of her interest in it, inspires me. So many things are happening all the time, and our anthena just has to focus on it, I guess. I specially like this image. It stops the time, but never sufforcating.
Pablo Wendel http://www.saatchi-gallery.co.uk/4ns/studentDetails/Pablo+Wendel/90569
Wendal's Terracota video is really funny, but more than funny. I like how he pushed the work beyond a student work, in a way that he actually just goes for it, although we do not know from the video if it was a set up or not. Enjoyed it a lot.
Tatsumi Orimoto http://www.assemblylanguage.com/reviews/orimoto.html
I am not sure why, but I did not like his work at all when I saw it first, but I quite like it now. It is very strong, and seems to work in different ways, when shown in different places. I liked it when I saw it in Brighton, on a billboard by the road, really big.
Justine Kurland http://www.cepagallery.org/exhibitions/kurland/index.html
Not at all my favorites, but have been looking at Kurland's images for compositions, and texture. I specially like this image.
